The day will focus on the discovery of the French culinary art with a preparatory phase in teaching room: help in choosing foods, specialized vocabulary (controlled appellation etc..) But also concept of cooking styles, composition of menus etc.
Travel to the nearby town where is one of the finest street markets in the region (fruits and vegetables in abundance), then students will participate in purchases of food for the constitution of the evening meal; preparation of this meal will be a cooking class (practical) example of the theoretical part of the morning.
Meals served on antique dishes and refined to better appreciate the "good life of past time".
All washed down with wines carefully selected from the wealth of local (wine of Bordeaux ..)
